I- SAMPLE BOARDS ORDER :
To satisfy your requirements regarding the skateboard shapes, ArtPrint proposes you to order samples to check the boards before placing an order. Each sample board is billed 20€ + shipping cost and can be delivered in 48 hours upon receiving the payment. No complaint about the skateboard shape can be done without sample order beforehand.
II- LEADTIME OF PRODUCTION :
The turnaround time to print your skateboards is 2-3 weeks maximum from the confirmation or order, whatever the quantity. We need a deposit payment (imperative to start the production) and the right files for the printing.
III- FILES OPTION :
We better need vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) to print spot color (pantone) or any TIFF, PSD, JPEG at full size (85cm x 25cm rectangle) in 300dpi placed on the template supplied. We also print four colors process (CMYK) for very colorful design or photography. Please check the full screen resolution; if it looks pixilated it will print pixilated. Vector file is definitely the best for the highest resolution. Don’t forget to leave an overflow all around like shown on the template example supplied.
IV- CONFIRMATION PRODUCTION :
Before we start printing your boards, ArtPrint sends you a production sheet with the quotation to double check and confirm all the different informations (printing sketch, shapes chosen, billing & delivery address). No complain will be accepted after validation of the production sheet.
V- PAYMENT TERMS :
For each order ArtPrint ask for 50% deposit payment to confirm and place the goods in production. Then the balance should be paid for the delivery when the order is ready to leave our workshop. No goods will be delivered without the whole payment no matter you are a skateshop, label or association. The payments are done by wire transfer. However you have the possibility to pay the remaining balance by cash on delivery to UPS with 2% extra charge of the total amount with a minimum cost of 20€.
VI- DELIVERY :
All the delivery are done by UPS or DPD and invoiced by ArtPrint. The shipping cost depends of the destination and the standard delivery schedule is 48h/72h for most of the European cities. Our pricing are negotiated with our service providers to offer you the best price. Each bow has a tracking number that you receive by email to follow the goods during the shipping and know the delivery day. You can ask your own delivery company to pick up the goods if you prefer (no complain will be accepted about damage or lost in that case).
VII- PACKAGING :
Each board is shrink wrapped after printing then pack by box of 10 pieces to protect well the boards and the prints. We can insert for free stickers or whatever into the board cellophane. If so just send it to the ArtPrint address when you confirm your order.
